HOT CRAB MEAT PUFFS 
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crab meat, flaked
Toast rounds or crackers
1/4 tsp. paprika

Whip egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise and crab meat. Pile on toast rounds or crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned.
