GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE | |
1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. coconut 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 box powdered sugar Grease 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour over pecans and coconut. Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Pour over cake. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°F or until done. Most of icing will sink into the cake batter while cooking. Makes cake super moist. |
