GOOEY GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. shredded coconut 1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 box confectioners sugar Sprinkle nuts and coconut into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over nut, coconut mixture. Warm cream cheese and butter together until very soft. Mix sugar into this and beat until smooth. Spoon mixture over cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool completely before cutting. It is very moist - and good! |
