1 box Betty Crocker Golden pound cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix 2 eggs, pound cake mix and butter (beat 1 minute). Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Mix 2 eggs, softened cream cheese, vanilla and all but 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy and pour over the pound cake mix already in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and add remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar to top.
