GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Sprinkle coconut and pecans in 9x13-inch greased pan. Mix cake by package direction and pour over nuts and coconuts. Have cheese and butter at room temperature. Beat with powder sugar until smooth. Spread carefully over batter in pan. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes 350°F. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn upside down on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
