CAROLYN'S OVEN STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
4 onions
3 stalks celery
4 carrots
4 potatoes
2 c. V-8 juice
1/3 c. tapioca
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine all ingredients except potatoes in Dutch oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Then add potatoes and bake 2 hours more.
