OVEN STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
1 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped carrots
1 (8 oz.) can V-8 cocktail juice
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put all raw ingredients in pan and bake covered in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
