MUSHROOM BAKED CHICKEN - N -
RICE
 
6 choice chicken pieces, skinned
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. minute rice
1/2 c. water

Place chicken pieces in greased, shallow baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour rice over chicken, stirring rice through sauce. Cover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
