FLAN (Cheese) 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all the ingredients except sugar in a blender; set aside. Melt the 1/2 cup of sugar in a pudding pan over medium heat, be careful not to burn sugar then coat the same pan with the candied sugar on the bottom and the sides.

Set aside pan. The sugar will harden, then pour the milk and egg mixture from the blender into the sugar caramelized pan. Bake in a water bath (larger pan with water) at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or when knife inserted comes clean. Chill overnight or at least for 4 hours. Invert onto plate and serve.
