IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. ham, bacon, or cooked and drained vegetable

Blend all but cheese and meat or vegetable in blender. Pour into 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese and meat or vegetable over top and push down with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before cutting. 1 pie.
