IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled into small pieces (remove 1 slice bacon for decoration after slightly cooked, and cut into small pieces)
1/2 sm. onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 tbsp. bacon fat
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients except bacon, onions, and cheese for 3 minutes in a blender. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan and let stand for 5 minutes. Press bacon, onion, and cheese into egg mixture and top with the one slice of bacon reserved for decoration. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Reheats nicely.
