IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
2/3 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled) (we used cubed ham)
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. butter (melted)
1 c. Bisquick

Put first 3 ingredients in 9x13 greased pan. Blend in mixer for a few seconds the remaining ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until set.
