NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
Combine the following ingredients and chill until syrupy:

1 (3 oz.) lemon flavored Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water

CRUST:

2 c. crushed graham crackers (12 double)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix crust ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup for top and press remainder in a 13x9 inch pan. Beat gelatin mixture and cream. Then add 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese, whipped. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top and refrigerate until firm.
