DEVILED HAM PUFFS 
1 loaf extra thin bread, crusts trimmed
Butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
2 tsp. onion juice
2 tsp. finely minced onions
1 tsp. baking powder
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
Paprika

Cut bread into 4 triangles per slice. Spread small amount of butter on one side of bread and toast in skillet until brown. Blend cream cheese and remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread on untoasted side and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

Makes about 80. These may be frozen before baking on a cookie sheet. Then store in a small container. Let thaw 5 to 10 minutes before baking as directed.
