SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 bag flour tortillas

Mix sour cream and soup. Set aside. Brown hamburger, onion, and chilies. Spread half of sour cream mixture on bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Roll up hamburger mixture and some cheese in tortillas. Place on top of sour cream mixture. Cover tortillas with rest of sour cream mixture and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
