2 pkgs. macaroni & cheese
1 can green beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni until done and drain. Cook ground beef until done. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May add strips of American cheese on top about 5 minutes before done.
