HILLBILLY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 hamburger buns
Soft butter
Mustard

Brown meat, onions and celery in skillet. Drain off fat. Add barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Spread buns with butter and mustard. Fill buns with meat mixture. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Place on baking sheet. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
