PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour 3 c. sugar 2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can) 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 4 eggs 1 c. Wesson oil 2/3 c. water 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for bread or muffins. Bread, approximately 35 minutes. Muffins, approximately 20 minutes. |
