PIZZA ROLL-UP | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough 1/4 c. tomato paste 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 oz. chopped Pepperoni (1 c.) 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.) Thaw bread dough. Roll dough out to a 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up jelly-roll fashion from long side; seal. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with water and sprinkle with a little salt. Let rise until almost double (about 1 hour). Make shallow slashes across top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm. |
