SAUCY PIZZA ROLLS 
8 lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (10 oz.) cans pizza sauce
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 egg, slightly beaten

Cook lasagne noodles, drain and cool. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, mushrooms and egg. Spread noodles with a generous 1/3 cup meat mixture. Roll up noodle and place seam side down in ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly. Uncover, top with remaining cheese and bake 4 to 5 minutes.
