PIZZA ROLL-UP 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. pepperoni, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Thaw bread dough for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Roll out to 12x9 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up jelly roll fashion from long side; seal.

Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with water; sprinkle with a little salt. Let rise until almost double, about 1 hour. Make shallow slashes across top at 2 inch intervals. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
