APPLE JAM 
2 med. apples, cored & peeled
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine apples and sugar in medium bowl. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until apples are tender. Beat softened apples mixture with electric mixer until well blended. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring once. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into prepared jars, seal and refrigerate.
