HO HO BARS 
1 sick butter, melted
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mix all together and put into greased and floured 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Filling:

1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 5 minutes or more. Add 4 cups powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cake.

Frosting:

1 c. sugar
1 to 1/4 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Boil the sugar, butter and milk for 1 minute. Add the chocolate chips and beat until thick. Frost while the frosting is warm as it will set up fast.
