1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 stick butter

Melt butter in pie pan you cook in. Mix all other ingredients and pour over butter.

Bake at 300°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
