BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. buttermilk
pinch of salt

Melt butter. Beat eggs, sugar and butter together. Add other ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

Bake 30 minutes at 275°F, then bake at 300°F until golden brown. This makes 2 pies.
