BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/2 c. soft butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix softened butter, sugar, flour and beaten eggs well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Best when served room temperature.
