HEARTY LUNCHEON PUFF 
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Heat Cheez Whiz over low heat. Remove from heat and blend in flour and egg yolks. Stir in broccoli, chicken, and onion. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into a greased 6x10 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
