SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can French fried onions Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain. To hot spinach add cream cheese and mix well. Add soup and mix. Pour 1/2 mixture into casserole dish and cover with 1/2 of fried onions. Add remainder of spinach and top with onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. |
