REFRIGERATOR OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, salt, soda and stir in oats and nuts. Cream butter. Add both sugars. Mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat longer. Add vanilla and dry ingredients.

Form into 2 rolls on wax paper. Roll up - place in refrigerator overnight or can b frozen and baked later. Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
