HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Red cherries for garnish, optional

Soften cream cheese and stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Chill well. Form into two balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup nuts. Ganrish with red cherries.
