LUNCH SALAD 
This salad is makes a healthy and satisfying lunch. And it's really tasty too!

1 cup iceberg lettuce
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup carrots
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup beansprouts

Wash and shred lettuce, place in large bowl. Cut all remaining ingredients into small cubes. Add to bowl and toss. Sprinkle sprouts on top.
