LEMON DESSERT 
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix pecans, flour, and butter; put into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and pour on cooled crust. Mix Jello pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Pour on top of baking dish and set. Spread top with Cool Whip when pudding is set.
