PICKLED OKRA 
3 1/2 lbs. sm. okra pods
1 pt. white vinegar
1 qt. water
1/3 c. salt
3 sm. hot pepper pods (opt.)
2 tsp. dill seed

Pack okra firmly in jars, pour boiling mixture in jars; seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
