CRAB ROUNDS 
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crab, drained, boned & flaked
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dried onion or 2 tbsp. fresh
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1/4 c. parsley
1 can Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits

Mix crab, cheese, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice and curry powder together. Separate layers of biscuits to get 32 rounds. Place on greased cookie sheet. Spread crab mixture on biscuits. Top each with chestnuts and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 32 appetizers.
