SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. milk, scalded
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 pkgs. dry yeast
5-6 c. flour

Melt butter in scalded milk. Cool. Add sugar and salt. Beat well. Add 2 cups flour, beat well. Add eggs. Beat.

Dissolve dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add to mixture. Add rest of flour beating well after each cup. Knead until mixture is not sticky. Let raise - punch down. Raise again and make into rolls. Makes 3 dozen cloverleaf rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
