4 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
6 hard-boiled eggs
Salad dressing
Durkee's dressing

Mash potatoes, then mix all ingredients. Add Durkee dressing or salad dressing, enough to make a smooth consistency. Then serve. Yields: 12.
