MOCHA DESSERT 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. cold coffee

Sift first four ingredients together. Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat and add to mixture; blend well. Combine milk and vanilla, add to mixture and beat with electric mixer. Pour into greased 8"x8" pan. Combine brown and granulated sugars and cocoa, then sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
