APPLE CRUMB KUCHEN 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
Apples (about 4-6)

Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in bowl.

In a 2 cup measuring cup, beat egg with fork and add milk to make 1 cup. Add 2/3 cup oil and stir together. Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon until smooth.

Cut off 1 teaspoon butter and grease a 9x13 inch pan. Pour batter into pan.

Peel and core apples. Cut apples into 8 pieces and gently press apple slices into batter.

Make crumbs: Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and remaining butter until fine crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40- 45 minutes.
