BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 can mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery

Cook broccoli, onions, celery, and green pepper together until tender. Remove from fire. Add soup, milk, and rice.

Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly hot.

Cheez Whiz may also be used instead of Velveeta.
