1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. soy bean flour
1 c. rolled oats
4 tbsp. lard, bacon fat or oil mixed with 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. bone meal

Mix flours, add liquid. Mix well. Roll out on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.
