FRESH STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. + 1 1/2 tbsp. Crisco
3 tbsp. water

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 basket of berries

GLAZE TOPPING:

2 c. sliced berries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. lemon juice

Make crust. Roll to fit a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING: Mix Cool Whip, softened cream cheese and sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Cover with sliced berries.

GLAZE: Mash 2 cups berries. Add sugar and lemon. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add red coloring. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water and stir into berries. Cool until thick and clear. Pour cooled glaze over pizza. Chill for several hours. Serve with whipped cream.
