1 c. sifted flour
2 lb. onions, peeled & chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & cayenne pepper to taste
5 lb. peeled crawfish tails
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
