HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed French bread
8 eggs
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dry mustard
No salt
3 c. cubed ham
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs together with milk, flour, butter, and mustard. In 9 x 13 greased casserole make layers of bread, ham and cheese. Pour custard overtop; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Excellent for brunch or company breakfast. Serve with muffins and fruit plate.
