SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage (Owens)
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 can clam chowder (either Manhatten or New England)
1 can tomatoes
2 c. cooked rice

Brown sausage in skillet with onion and pepper. Drain if needed. Add other ingredients, put in casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
