BLUEBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 pkg. yellow deluxe cake mix 1 can blueberry pie filling 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. melted butter Sweetened whipped cream, ice cream or coffee cream Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 9" square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter. Sprinkle over pie fillings. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
