MOM'S CHILI 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
1 can kidney beans
Onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Chili powder
Either 1 lg. can of Campbell's tomato juice or 1/2 can of Campbell's and 1/2 V-8
Spaghetti, cooked and drained

Fry beef and drain. Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer until it's nice and hot. Make sure onions are tender. Add however much chili powder you'd like.
