MOIST AND MINTY BROWNIES 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 tbsp. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) Nestle Toll House mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch square baking pan.

In small bowl, combine flour, bakign soda and salt; set aside. In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water. Bring just to a boil; remove from heat. Add 1 cup mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels and vanilla extract, stirring until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.

Transfer to large mixer bowl. Add eggs, beating well after each. Stir in flour mixture and remaining mint morsels. Spread into pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes just until center is set. Cool. Cut into 2 1/4 inch squares. Makes 16 brownies.
