| BROWNIE MIX COCONUT SURPRISE | |

3/4 c. soft butter 1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar 1 pkg. brownie mix 1 1/2 c. moist coconut 2 eggs 1/4 c. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, flour, sugar and coconut until blended; spread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes, remove from oven, spread brownie batter (prepared as directions on box) over coconut crust. Bake 25 more minutes, cut when cool. | |

Very tasty!!! I volunteered to make brownies for my Sunday school and wanted them to be more than just regular brownies. These were a hit everybody liked them. They were pretty easy to make but the coconut crust did not provided enough for it to be exactly level when spreading them on the pan but other wise they were wonderful.
