CAPTAIN'S CASSEROLE 
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 sm. can black olives
1 med. jar mushrooms

Saute and dice in butter until soft.

1 can Cheddar cheese (Campbell's)
1 lg. Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese (red label) cut up

Mix and melt these together in a separate pan.

1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can water pack tuna (Black Diamond)
3 c. minute rice
1 sm. jar green olives
Jay's Potato chips only
Seasoning Salt:
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Season salt

Mix together first 2 mixtures together. Stir well.

Take a 9 x 12 inch pan.

1. Put minute rice on bottom just enough to cover bottom also wet the rice just enough that the rice is wet.

2. Put the can of stewed tomatoes on next.

3. Put the can of tuna.

4. Now put the seasoning on.

5. Now put the cheese and vegetables mixture on.

6. Crumble up Jay's all over.

7. Put on green olives on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
