CAPTAIN'S DELIGHT CREOLE SHRIMP 
1 c. French dressing
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. baking powder
1-2 lb. shrimp
3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp. creole seasoning
4-5 strips bacon
Bacon grease

1. Put shrimp in large fry pan with bacon grease. Cook lightly over medium low heat on one side, then turn shrimp; cook other side.

2. Add bacon strips after turning shrimp. Set aside.

3. Mix all ingredients for sauce (except baking powder). Add baking powder right before pouring sauce mixture into fry pan with shrimp. 4. Pour sauce over shrimp in fry pan. Mix.

5. Cook until sauce firms and shrimp is tender. Stirring continuously.

DO NOT OVER COOK.

6. Serve over rice or alone.
